Shipping

We ship to 90 selected countries and regions. Available destinations are shown in our country/region selector and confirmed at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Every custom pet portrait piece is made to order. We email your design proof within 48 hours of receiving your order and a usable pet photo. You can request up to 3 revisions before approving the design.

Production begins only after you approve the design. Production time varies by product: most portrait necklaces, bracelets, charms and ID tags take approximately 10–12 calendar days; signet rings, silhouette rings and kids' drawing jewelry take 10–15 calendar days; oil paintings take 5–10 calendar days; the mother-of-pearl hand-painted pendant and coin necklace take 7–10 calendar days; and the Cat Planet Ambassador Necklace takes approximately 40–45 calendar days. Please check your product page for its production estimate. If we have not received your approval, your order remains on hold. We do not automatically approve your design or begin production because you have not replied. Your piece is then dispatched. Revisions and the time you take to approve your design may extend the total turnaround time.

Shipping time is separate from production time and begins after dispatch. Estimated transit times below are calendar days after dispatch; they do not include design preparation, approval or production. Total turnaround time includes all of these stages. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Standard delivery: 6–12 calendar days

US$7.99 for all supported destinations not listed in the extended-delivery group below.

Extended delivery: 12–20 calendar days

US$9.97 for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, the Bahamas, Barbados, the Cayman Islands, Curaçao, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco and Angola.

Your shipping rate and transit estimate are based on your delivery destination. Checkout updates the available shipping options when you change your shipping address.

Free standard shipping

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$100 or more before discount codes qualify for free standard shipping in all supported destinations. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward this threshold. Free shipping uses the same transit estimate as paid standard shipping for your destination.

Launch offer: free worldwide shipping until October 15

Until October 15, 2026 (11:59 pm ET), every order ships free with standard delivery to all of our supported destinations. There is no minimum purchase and no code is needed; the offer is applied automatically at checkout and can be combined with our email welcome discount. From October 16, the standard rates above apply.

Duties and taxes

ANHOLANDO covers applicable duties and taxes for your order. If a carrier requests an additional import payment, contact us so we can resolve it.
