RETURNS & REFUNDS

30-day returns
Please contact takeyourtimezq@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with the original packaging.

How to return
Contact us before sending any item back. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please follow those instructions rather than sending the parcel to an address printed on the original package.

Return shipping cost
For an approved change-of-mind return, your total contribution toward return shipping is US$7.95 per return parcel. ANHOLANDO covers any return shipping cost above this amount under the return method we arrange. We will explain the return method and how the US$7.95 contribution is collected before you send the parcel.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue. The ordinary US$7.95 return shipping charge does not apply to a confirmed issue of this kind; ANHOLANDO covers the necessary return shipping.

Refunds
We will review the returned item and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider. Contact us if you need help checking the status of a return or refund.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
