What photo works best?

The one that makes you smile. Just make it clear and bright, taken at their eye level. For drawings, the whole page, flat.

When will it arrive?

Your design preview is prepared within 48 hours of receiving a usable photo. Production begins after you approve it and varies by product: most pieces take 10–12 calendar days; some take 5–15 days, while the Cat Planet Ambassador Necklace takes 40–45 days. Delivery then takes 6–12 calendar days after dispatch, or 12–20 for extended destinations. Revisions and approval time add to the total. See our shipping policy for details.

What if the design isn't quite them?

Tell us. We'll change it, up to 3 times, until it feels right. Nothing is made until you say yes.

What is it made from?

It depends on the piece: mother-of-pearl with enamel, sterling silver, brass or leather. Each product page lists the exact materials.

Can I return it?

Your piece is made only for you, so we can't take it back for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or not as approved, we'll make it again.
