Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information when ordering. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Review your items, discounts, shipping charges and final total before completing payment. Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order.
Product information
Please read the material, sizing and care information on each product page. Product photographs show styling and appearance; screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear. This does not change our responsibility to supply the product as described. Do not assume that a silver-tone finish is sterling silver, or that jewelry is waterproof or hypoallergenic unless explicitly stated in the product description.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy explain dispatch, estimated transit time, delivery charges, return eligibility and return shipping costs. Please review them before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you need to request an order change or cancellation; we will confirm what is possible based on its fulfilment status.
Promotions
Our email welcome offer provides 10% off a first order, once per customer, and may be combined with an eligible shipping offer. Other product or order discounts do not combine unless expressly stated. Specific eligibility and redemption limits are described with each promotion. Changes to future offers do not change the agreed price of an already accepted order.
