- Made from: Choose a copper or 925 sterling-silver pendant with a gold-tone finish, enamel details and lab-created stones. Pendant approximately 20–25 mm; chain approximately 40–45 cm, with an extender under 10 cm. Material choice applies to the pendant; chain composition is not specified by the supplier.
- Timing: We email a design preview within 48 hours. Production takes 10–12 calendar days after design approval; time awaiting your approval or revisions is additional. Then allow 6–12 calendar days in transit, or 12–20 for extended destinations. See shipping details.
- Returns: Customized items cannot be returned because of a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or different from the approved design, contact us for a resolution. See our return policy.
